Breakfast Nachos

Layer tortilla chips on large oven safe dish, cover with shredded cheese.
Place in oven at 400 until cheese melts.
Remove and sprinkle with scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, and salsa.
Place under the broiler until cheese just starts to bubble.

Asian Nachos

Layer rice chips on large oven safe dish and cover with shredded cheese or fresh mozzarella chunks.
Place in oven until cheese melts.
Remove and sprinkle with sprouts, green onions, chicken, and drizzle with peanut sauce and teriyaki sauce.
Place under the broiler until cheese just starts to bubble.

French nachos

Layer Kettle potato chips on large oven safe dish and cover with strips of swiss cheese, leaving some holes between cheese pieces.
Place in oven at 400 until cheese starts to melt.
Remove and sprinkle with shrimp, bay scallops, bacon pieces, caramelized onions
and drizzle with blue cheese dressing.
Place under broiler until cheese just starts to melt.
For more flavor, sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese.

Indian Nachos

1 package of papadums
1 box Tandor Chef Chicken Curry

Microwave papadums one at a time until they fluff up, around 40 seconds. Break several papadums into pieces and layer on oven safe dish and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Place in oven until cheese starts to melt.
Microwave Tandor chef Chicken Curry according to package directions.
Remove and sprinkle with green onions, chicken curry and chopped pecans.  Place under broiler until cheese just starts to melt.

Optional – add crumbled paneer to cheese mixture.
